Convenient location but noisy and basic
I stayed for 1 night and found the room to be quite basic and noisy due to its proximity to the reception area. Although the 24/7 food options nearby were a major plus, the lack of air conditioning and a consistent sound of movement around the hotel made it hard to relax. The bathroom could also use some improvements as it felt cramped and had some maintenance issues.

Had a lovely night here with a really clean and bright room. Tons of tea and coffee sachets to keep me caffeinated. There’s a nice cozy lounge area and a small gym for relaxing and unwinding. Only downside was some noise from nearby guests, but honestly, it wasn't too distracting. 👍

Clean and comfortable room with a cozy atmosphere. The staff greeted me warmly during check-in, making me feel welcome right away. The location is convenient, right off the M6, perfect for travelers. Quiet surprisingly for a motorway service station. Breakfast options available nearby were decent, and I appreciated the complimentary tea and coffee in my room. the noise from the motorway was present, which might bother light sleepers. My bed felt a bit solid, not the comfiest. The carpet had some visible wear and tear. Limited plug sockets made charging devices a bit tricky. Minor issues, but overall a pleasant night stay.

Comfortable stay with great staff
I had a pleasant one-night stay in a Family Room, thanks to the friendly staff who were very helpful during my visit. The room was clean and spacious, with excellent parking facilities right on site. the breakfast setup could have been clearer. I was under the impression that I would have a cooked-to-order breakfast, but it turned out to be a limited set menu redeemable at the services.

the only downside was that it felt a bit basic, but that didn't take away from the overall experience.
